Can you move my existing website?
Yes. Send us a backup or your old host's login and we'll move the site, mailboxes and DNS records onto your new plan.
How does VPS billing work?
Servers bill by the hour, capped at the monthly price. Destroy a server and its billing stops that hour.
Do I need my own ASN to rent IPs?
No. Announce the block from your ASN with the LOA we issue, or have us route it to servers you run with us.
What if a leased IP gets listed?
Our abuse desk handles reports on leased space. If an address lands on a blocklist, we work on the delisting with you or swap it.
